Mumbai Launch 10th May 2011
The launch is an exciting time indeed for the sixty-six emerging Indian writers from around the world who have contributed prose and poetry for this anthology. Incidentally, it should be noted that many of the writers featured in “Indian Voices Volume One,” are published for the first time so this is certainly a cause for celebration.
“Indian Voices Volume One,” provides a continuing newness, a renewed vision of words and history and makes all of it accessible well beyond the confines of India. Contained in the pages of this anthology is an amazing repertoire of prose and poetry penned by those of Indian descent who are living in different corners of the world. They bring to life the unique characteristics and myriad feelings associated with this unpredictable, pulsating and colourful country.
Toronto based, Actor/Author, Jasmine D’Costa developed this project and co-ordinated this book which was published by FortyTwo BookZ Galaxy. It is available in Canada online at:www.tradearchitects.com and in India in stores and from the publisher at: www.42bookz.com
